Hi, I am asking this on behalf of Helbirden9 (on the mc forums)
We are making a new technical modpack and we were wondering if we could have permission to use Computercraft in the modpack
it is called better than tekkit and we have our forums at

Yes, CC is allowed in any mod pack without permission (the post on MC forums makes this clear!)

Well, at least he was nice enough to ask. Some people will throw things together without even asking, and claim it's theirs. I know Tekkit did this ONCE, but has since asked permission from mod creators. Always good to ask someone before reaching into their fridge, if you know what i mean.

Probally cause we posted a page on the MC forums to get permission and it got taken down and resulted in an infraction with no explanation. I'm guessing some narrow minded person had the insight to then to flag our website for what ever reason.
Really this was just a server package to make joining easier, then Jaymus aproached me with the launcher and Elkoremarr wanted to start a better EU server instead of my useless and slow NZ server. But now we may as well get permissions instead of being hated like Tekkit. There'd no point of the modpack name otherwise :P/>

Because the author is forestry is such a level-headed, reasonable individual.
