Come on, guys.
This is (sorry to spoil it) quite obviously a joke. He probably Photoshopped some Windows 8 images onto monitors. Good job with that; it looks legit :P/>

Actually, I used CCLights to put my screen onto light grids, and I found a bluescreen image online and put that onto light grids :P/>
But I could make Windows 8 in CC using CCLights, just not an ehmoolaetiionnn.

You spelled emulate, emulator, and emulation wrong in every post. :P/>
And no, you could not re-create the latest operating systems from one of the biggest software companies. There is so much behind the pretty start screen then you think.

I know that a lot goes on behind the start screen (Windows Push Service, for example)
This was just to mess with people :P/>
Of course it doesn't work.

-_-/>/> if this did work, imagine how much CPU and RAM it would use?
Isn't there like a storage limit on computers? Like 10mb? Good luck fitting Win8 on that.

That's the default limit, but I'm pretty sure you can make it as big as you want.

just thought I would through this in,
It's version is v0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.01_1^1
powering to ^1 does nothing, ^0 always = 1,
0.000001^10 would be a minute number; "1e-60" whatever that means.
I know it's kind of irrelevant but it just annoyed me a bit :P/>
