[1.47][SSP/SMP] Missing turtles in NEI?

Honestly Im not sure this is a bug, but I cant figure out where to post it so Im putting it here:

I just installed the mod a few days ago and started messing around with some of the items but it struck me as off that not all of the turtles were appearing in the Creative+ mode of NEI. The IDs that my computercraft configd are using are 4036, 4037, 4038 and 4039.

Only 16 of them appear in the UI: (and one of them appears duplicated, appearing twice with the same ID, in the picture below the 4th and 5th Turtle are both a Wireless Mining Turtle with ID 4036:3):

And 3 of them are exactly the same, named "Turtle" with 3 different IDs in the UI:

But if I go into the regular creative mode, I can see all the Turtles, (including those installed with the MiscPeripherals addon):

So whats going on? Am I missing something? Or is this just how it is?

misc peripheral turtles only show up in creative. pretty sure they dont show up in nei because they dont have a nei plugin
