my first attempt at animation with art of illusion

took like 3 mins to render at 95 frames

Is this supposed to represent something? Or os it just one Amorphous Blob turning into a Spiky Amorphous Blob?

its not supposed to represent anything really
its just me screwing around with time, displacement and hue

it looks like crap, i dont get why i bothered uploading it .-.
anyway, here is an insane quality version that i made for my background
it has lighting effects, reflections, and a ton of anti aliasing

Now add more fractures, and try to randomize them. It would take much longer.

i cant randomize it .-. it uses the mesh for every peice
i can make it smaller though

Aww, that would be awesome if you could randomize it. Isosceles Triangles are neat and all, but random fractures would be even nicer. Good job witht he animating though!
