I think that the super turtles implemented in the beta version of CC 1.48 are fantastic. That being said, I feel like a way to change the option in game would be a more ideal solution than changing it through the config. Most of the time I just want to try something out quickly before reverting it to normal mode, and therefore exiting Minecraft to change the config and then restarting can sometimes be a bit of a process. Perhaps you could make an option in the options menu which is grayed out when not in creative mode, or alternatively make a command such as /turtle_super 1 and /turtle_super 0.

Thank you for reading.

No. It is deliberately difficult to change as it is too cheaty - meant only for single player and even then only for testing purposes.

What does super turtle do?
It makes turtles move really really fast AFAIK.

On topic:
Could it be a command that only works in SSP and only when the player is in creative mode?

It's gone altogether right now and doubt it will return.
