As the title. Sometimes, you can start up the server and the ID's for the turtle and computer are messed up - and sometimes rotate every time they are placed. A server restart or a few usually fixes it.

I'm afraid I have no idea how to reproduce it, as it happens randomly, but just thought I'd report it!
