I am not sure if it is a bug or not so please forgive me if it is not a bug… Is it intended that turtles from ComputerCraft be unable to move through the age portals of Mystcraft? If not is it on Mystcraft or ComputerCrafts Side?

It's not necessarily a bug. It doesn't work for the same reason an automated carwash can't clean your bicycle - nobody made it able to do that.
Turtles are blocks, and Mystcraft portals move entities.

it is so unfortunate though :(/> the turtle swarm could be made to automatically span multiple dimensions for more resources and many other things. I like making a farming dimension where all of my resources are made (cobblestone, wheat and sugarcane farms etc) and some things are quite difficult to get working, buildcarft waterproof pipes cannot pass through portals as well as the turtle issue. I think mystcraft would have to work with CC devs to get that working though and I doubt it would be done

If you want to move a turtle through a portal, you can make a second turtle break the first turtle, and another turtle pick it up and place it on the other side. (Or a block breaker and deployer)

that is true. you can also toss his inventory through after him… it is just irritating because then turtles cannot automatically invade new dimensions, of course they cannot put the book into a crystal slot either so pretty much all hope lost there :)/>

well perhaps in the latest version… tried a little while back and couldn't do it. not sure why. either way I do not know of an entity that can auto place blocks for you that can be dropped through a portal so the auto expansion is still halted
