Location Somewhere near the local computer store?

Hey, i'm going to be releasing an execution environment for our lovely community (by execution environment, i mean sandbox). What are your thoughts on this? What do you think I should include? What APIS should be the default?

P.S. The apis include and their functions will be customizable!

Oh when you said execution environment I thought you meant a room with an electric chair.
