[any upcoming version] Chatreading Turtles or Computers

I think it would be realy cool if there would be a turtle that can read the chat with something similar like the rednet.receive() command or the os.pullEvent().
It could also be a peripheral like a microphone.
This would be very useful to make a login like:

and the computer sees: [Herobrine]:login
and the computer knows: ok, Herobrine tries to login

Nope, this isn't coming by default - someone should have to make a peripheral for it.
