[1.32] Turtle.compare improvement

I was working on a little sorting turtle earlier today and realized when a turtle compares a diamond in its inventory with a diamond block infront of it, it returns false! My suggestion is to make it so Diamonds and Redstone dust return true for their block counterparts.

Are you thinking of diamond ore or diamond blocks?

For redstone, turtles can't even place it! This is definetely something to be improved.
