Chunk Loader Mining Turtle stops working...

[1.4.6 / SMP - FTB Direwolf20 v4]

I'm not sure if this is a bug…
When i leave the nether or disconnect from the server, the turtle stops working.
My portal area is and stays loaded by a world anchor.
In the overworld he digs 2000 blocks away and returns without problems.

Chunk Loader peripheral is part of MiscPeripherals. Please take it up with RichardG.
