[Forums] 5 posts before making a new thread

Title says it all, I suggest this because even though there is extra security questions when signing up, i'm still seeing spam.

Concept:

A user needs to post atleast 5 times in other threads after signing up to made a new thread. This only happens once to new accounts to prevent spam.

Only issue with this is spammers do post spam as posts on other threads sometimes.
So won't necessarily stop spam.
You could though wouldn't be fun for the moderators, but your first 5 posts have to moderator approved first, but I don't see that happening.
