[CC 1.48/1.481] [1.4.6] [WIP] PastebinPlus

Hello

This is a program I am making as I am constantly wanting these features in a pastebin app on CC.

Improvements over the built-in pastebin program:
+ Logging in support! Post your code on your account
+ Graphical User Interface! Now you can use buttons and images to help you upload and download

Unfortunately this does require an advanced computer. If enough people want it, I will release version that still has the login feature but uses normal computers.

As it is so early in development I don't have a download yet, but it will be in my program compilation when it is stable. When I have a working alpha I will release it here.
