Backport unable to use pastebin

I used the 1.31 backport in 1.1 but when I type pastebin it says "No such program." And every time I enable HTTPapi in the config, it gets deleted and a new one is created


(EDIT: I was changing the wrong config..)

so how did you fix it? please let me know because i have the same proplem.
