i encounter alot of problems using computer craft.
here they are:

computers look very glitchy
turtels look normal in the inventory but are invisible when placed
floppy disks look like wooden swords (lol)
disk drives look also very glitchy and crash the game when placed
same thing for modems
same thing for monitors

i installed modloader and modloaderMP with mcpatcher. forge and computercraft are correctly placed inside the mods folder.

You should post this in the Bugs section, that's what it is for.
Is that a bukkit issue?
No one else (that i know of) encountered such problems. Are you sure you did everything correctly?

i am not running bukkit.

the main reason that i did not post this in the bugs section is because this isnt a reproducable bug on other systems. it only seems to shows up on my pc.

i did follow the instructions on this page: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/892282-123-computercraft-131-now-updated-and-with-monitors/

Oh look:
i installed modloader and modloaderMP with mcpatcher. forge and computercraft are correctly placed inside the mods folder.
Delete forge from your mods folder, and put it in your minecraft.jar
The reason for the floppy texture, is because CC uses Forge's sprite sheets.
Reason for the disk drive is because it uses Forge's GUI api.
Pretty much everything is because of you putting forge in the mods folder.

putting forge into minecraft.jar seems to fix all the problems :o/>/>
