I want to make a server with this mods

Computercraft 1.51
Redpower
Industrialcraft
Buidcraft
immibis peripherals
chickenbones mods –principaly NEI

with minecraft 1.4.6

I asking for a tutorial on how to make a server with bukkit and that mods and a list of hosts(if free better)

Look into ForgeBukkit. And you won't find any free hosts anywhere.

Best option would be ForgeBukkit. And if you can, just set up your own server using your pc. Unless you plan on having quite a few people playing at once, you should be fine. Especially if it's just for you and your friends and you usually play together. That's what I do.

Open the 1.4.6 minecraft server jar with 7zip, open the forge zip, insert forge files into server jar.
