Problem whit gps bassed ap

I'm having a problem whit the range on the gps setup i have I changed the config for the gps sot hay would have longer range, but one of our machines its not reciving the gps infomation giving us me the generic nill error and this 1 fuction of the machine dose not work.

were the gps stuff updated and hardcoded?

Did this computer work before an update and stop working afterwards?
