I'm going to do a brief explanation of what I would like to do.
So I run a tekkit server with about 50-75 people on and I'm always getting complaints about people not labeling there computers and when they do label them they lose it. So I made program called backup and I'm going to put It in the cc dir but is there any way to make the program actually back the computer up somewhere? Either to a server computers or to my ftp where the server runs?

All computer files is saved inside "<savename>\computer\" Where you can find all files for each computer separated into folders which are named the ID of the computer they represent

Most probably, the files are there, however what is happening is that the computers IDs are getting. Making backups of the computer folder won't help. You actually have to backup the world itself.

Maybe it is just a bug for CC 1.3, you really should consider to update to a FTB pack or a Up-to-date custom one.
