Server File location

Hey guys,

I have recently upgraded my server from Tekkit to FTB. I have noticed that CC is not longer storing its files in the mod/cc file but rather it is staying .zipped so now I can no longer upload programs to the server for people to use. Instead I have to download the zip unpack it and add the files to that way. What I am asking is, is this allowed? Because according to this person http://forum.feed-the-beast.com/threads/computercraft-file-location.16259/ I am not allowed to do that as it is editing the mod which is against Dans license.

Put the minecraft/mods/ComputerCraft/lua/rom/ folder there yourself and put programs in it. The game will find them.
