Notes program

So hey again.
I just wanna get a small idea on how i can make a notes program for my staff building.
As everyone in it is always doing edit notes then doing print"iuhvioudsb" over and over and it get annoying.
Is there a simple program out there that you can go note add (note)
if so can someone link me to it
If not please can you tell me how to make it so if i go note add it basically acts as me going edit notes + print (note)

So let me describe my situation.
I have a staff building in spawn thats 25 floors high and on each floor there are 4 offices with a computer in each.
Offices are asinged to staff and they sit there and take notes and awnser questions on a schedule like a real office.
There is also one person on reception for people who need items or who are new and want to see around.
I have rednet chat installed on all computers so they can all chat to each other in private without regulars bugging them…
There all password protected as well so no one can go on someone else's computer.
What i want to do is add a new program to the computer called Notes.
And what notes does is acts like a simple notepad.
So a member of staff could execute this command to add a note.
note add (Note)
A member of staff could also go
note delete (Number) (Number meaning what number the note is they made)
and note view to view all current notes they have with numbers beside them.

Im not sure if this is easy or extremely hard as im a complete noob with cc and only know print"" (Exaduraton)

I would either find a program or make one. Most people don't really like spending hours making a program for you, that you could have done.

If I understand correctly, you essentially want to edit files on a 'server' from lots of computers, or am I wrong?

Wow dude. Most people who play this game dont tend to have a job and my job is hosting servers.
When i say that I mean im a host i dont pay for servers i host them in Data centres.
1) They asked for it and there staff so its kind of there job on my server.
2) Why has it got anything to do with you.

I can do it from pastebin, put the file on mediafire I can do anything really.

Pastebin would be great thanks as i have http enabled so it would make it very simple.

I had some problems getting the text to work but i sorted that.
Then it gave me a nil value on line 78 so replaced the ( input ) with ("input") and it worked but when i add a note it doesn't show up?
What shall i do now?

I am fixing all of this now. I dont have access to minecraft on this computer but I downloaded a CC Emulator to work it. Also, dont do "input" because then it thinks its a word instead of a string.
