Title: turtle has been broken.ComputerCraft Wiki says:
The tools equipped on the Turtle have no durability, and so can be used indefinitely without the need for any additional materials.
But I'm got the following situation.
I run standrat TurtleOS program:
tunnel 20
and my turtle started to work. But in few seconds (after ~10-15 blocks was mined) it just dissapeared. There was a sound same like we hear when any tool got broken. And there was no loot/turtle on the floor after this.
Can anyone say what has happened?

What version are you on? Did the server crash between starting the turtle and it disappearing? How close to spawn are you?

Thank you guys for your answers.
But after two reconnecting it appear in the room (with all loot inside). It is very strange becouse after first one reconnect there was no turtle.
What version are you on?
- MC 1.5.1
- Forge 1.5.1-7.7.1.624
- CC 1.52

no
How close to spawn are you?
About 300 blocks to world spawn, and ~20 to my bed.

Sounds to me like someone is playing games with you… messing with you…

I'm playing on my own server with my wife (any one else can't connect to us) .

are you 100% sure that your wife wasn't playing an April Fools joke on you? :P/>
Because this does sound like a very odd bug.

yep, she even not know how to turn on CC computers :)/>
Anyway my turtle is OK now. If I reproduce this situation once more I'll copy a server log for debug.
