bios 338 error on a turtle program

I'm getting an error on line 9 saying that 'do' is expected. I already have it on that line so I no idea whats going on. Any help would be appreciated. http://pastebin.com/MBj2bj0a

On line 8, you used a single equal sign. It needs to be a double equal sign, ==. Same for on line 17.
