[Need Help]Computer Controlled Crafter

I am completely new to computer craft and never intended to much with it but i was makin a factory in ftb and auto crafters wont work for the project because the items involved dont stack so i need to use computer craft to craft something how do i do that i couldnt find a tutorial anywhere.
