[LUA I think] Ultimate Wood Chopper problems

Alright, so I'm using the Ultimate Wood Chopper to make a tree farm. I know this isn't my only option as there are more programs as well as Steve's carts so I'm not too terribly worried, but here goes nothing.

So basically I set it up properly and allow it to start building. It began building and went with no problems but it randomly stopped. I opened it up and it was just the turtle start screen, leading me to believe I unloaded the chunk. I destroyed the turtle (that had a ruby pickaxe on it) and it broke into a normal turtle loosing its inventory. That's another story. I gave the materials that it needed and allowed it to start again. It made the exact same design it was supposed to, but it stopped in a different location. I've included some screen shots…

This is a problem that is better reported to UNOBTANIUM on the Ultimate Wood Chopper program thread as UNOBTANIUM knows the exact workings of the program, something that not many other people would know.
