troubles with the XP turtle

I'm having troubles with the XP turtle.

I'm using Tim the enchanter's script.

But the problem I'm having is my XP turtle keeps filling up? which can't happen because if that does happen it'll prevent my turtle from enchanting.

So your problem is the turtle you want to enchant with, is filling up with EXP? Please be more detailed. And as lordlkol said we need to see your code.
