Trouble with Turtles

Hi, I am verry confused as on my tekkit server I am running computercraft however At my house A mining turtle will not work, By this I mean the turtle os. will not load so where you normaly code and stuff is just a black squere… or indeed any turtle, but near to the middle of the world the turtle does work, I am very confused, please help!

Uhhh Tekkit…. Which version? Which version of ComputerCraft does it use? What are your house's x and y coordinates?
