I was playing around with computer craft and turtles and I need the change the ID of a turtle and I was wondering how to do that

Well, you would never really need to. If you're trying to rednet.tell() a computer with an id that you want, just switch the code around to change the ID…
if you really needed to, I'm pretty sure you could do it via going to the "computer" folder in your save, and rename the computer with the id that you want to some other id, and then the id of the computer that you want to change, rename that to the id that you want. (hopefully I explained that well enough lol)
