So I was wondering is there away to create a dragable text that is not buggy? I do know how to create a dragable icon however it is sort of buggy.

It's possible. Bubba posted a video on draggle windows. I suppose you could modify for what you need. If you go into the tutorials forum, there is a thread by Bubba. I'll see if I can get you a link.
