How To Edit Programs Wirelessly?

Recently I have been trying to configure some turtles to mine and do various other things and O want to backup my programs on a floppy disk. I would like to be able to do this without needing my turtle next to a disk drive. What I want to know is whether or not you can do this and if so how. Any help offered would be appreciated.
