Help with FS API (and uploading a script)

Please help me… I made my first long program and I need some help. But I can't figure out how to post it with the http Api. and the wiki's not helping much. I really don't want to have to type out all that code again. My program is a mail system that has multiple user's on it. But I need help implanting some of the fs. Api so people can send message's without having to edit the script.
