Is there a way to make an email program so i can send email to other computers on My mindcrack server

Yeah there is, are you thinking advanced(like cool GUIs and such) or just a simple rednet messager?

I was thinking just a basic GUI and how do i make one of those servers

There is technically not a need for a server, it's just nice to have for the sake of simplicity. Go check out Nitrogenfinger's video on YouTube. It's not a tutorial, per se, but he talks about some of the stuff you might want (such as routers) and provides code in the description. You should also search the programs section of this forum for chat/email clients - I imagine that there are a good number written up.
If you need help with something specific, there is always the wiki, which is always very useful. If something is unclear, then go ahead and post and we'll help you out.
