Is there anyway for 2 computers to be connected via modem and one of them have the disk drive with floppy disk with door program on and the other one access it via modem? Or anyway to have 2 PCs connected together to share programs or have 2 PCs connected to the same disk drive?

You'd have to write a program like an FTP program to enable sharing of files over modem.
I don't know what happens if you place a disk drive adjacent to two computers… Have you tested this?

Two PCs on a single drive will read from the same drive.
But beyond that, OminousPenguin is right, you would need to write an FTP for it.
