Uninstaller problem

So, me and my friend was derping around making viruses and stuff. then i decided to make an uninstaller. for some wierd reason.
it is for JupiterOS(very nice os, credits to the one who made it<3)

acces is denied at line 4. how do i force deletion? :blink:/>

Is the file it's trying to delete in ROM, or in the root of the drive?
