Help With My Turtle Mining Well System

I am using a turtle mining well system and have tested it in single player and in another server but when I run it crashes the server the main admin tells me it because When the turtle places a conduit it wants to update the network before it is place which is impossible because the conduit is not there. so after 200 ticks it gives up and crashes

could anyone tell me how to stop this from happening so I can use this on my main server thanks
