Error (1:2: Expected Number) On House Building Script

I made an account today after scowering your forums and I feel I just can not figure out the problem in my script for building my house.

the error i get is
1:2:expected number

if it is a simple fix that would be great.

turtle.getItemCount requires a slot number to check. You have it correct later in the program, with it checking slot sixteen. Simply fill in the number if whichever slot you want checked.
