I need a turtle to place a block inside of an anti-grief. What command do I need to do to allow it to place the block? It's really important.

… No. You have been a member of these forums for long enough to know better. If the turtle is prohibited from placing blocks in an area by an admin, then you are in no way to subvert that protection.
