I need help getting turtles to interact with bc tanks. I have read some things about using peripheral but still cant get it to work

not 100% sure its from ftb unleashed but i think its terminal expansion

i dont have a code yet i dont know how to even start this one.
im thinking something like
b= peripheral.wrap("right")
b.suck()
but of course that doesn't work
