Hello,

When I try to display the movie it says "no such program". In fact there is no "secret" folder in "/rom/programs". Did they remove/change it?

Thanks.

Its now a treasure disk. Its found in dungeons and other world gen structures.

For the future this sub-forum is for programs only, i.e. when you have code to release. Questions such as this should be in Ask a Pro.

They mentioned treasure disks, why would they tell you the contents of the treasure disks in the changelog? Part of the fun is getting them yourself!

They specifically said treasure disk contained "fun programs made by the community" not "old programs that were removed from the computers". It's ok, I got the program from the source code and I can use it now but they should clarify their communication if they want to avoid useless confusion and loss of time for everyone.

You are overreacting to a minor, sensible change in the structure of the mod. It makes sense to get rid of a special "secret" folder and move the contents out to a treasure disk now that treasure disks exist.

It does but they have to announce it. Respecting the client is the base of any service provider.

Well do they? I mean it's a secret and meant to be just that, It would be different if they have moved for example pastebin to a disk.
It would be a pain in the ass for them if they had to announce every little change to the mod and not focused on the larger changes.
And since the alongtimeago movie is supposed to be an easter egg( It was an easter egg right? ) it's much more fun for the player to find such a nice surprise
instead of that they announce that they have moved it to an treasure disk and spoil the surprise.

Better to spoil the surprise than make people lose their time trying to figure out why it doesn't work.

I call this pathetic. You posted a question here, got a proper answer and you are still wining.
I could understand it if you haven't gotton a proper answer, but you did get one.

Why do you have to exaggerate about a tiny small change? If things don't get changed, things will get monotone and espicially in games!

I agree what Engineer said, I mean.. What's the big deal? Easter eggs are supposed to be easter eggs, And you even now know that the movie can be found in a treasure disk.. So just go on a fun adventure and find it :3

And well.. I'm gonna be a little annoying Engineer :P/>
