How Do I Make A Screen Game?

Like, is there a way to put a advanced monitor like on your actual computer screen? Like when you right click an advanced computer it shows up in a gui, is there a way to do that with monitors, In screenshots i keep seeing people on OS'es and games on big monitors but idk how to fullscreen it or even type/click on advanced monitors, Thanks!

Assuming you understand how to draw to external monitors and deal with mouse clicks on an advanced computer, it's just a case of looking for monitor touches instead of mouse clicks when you pull your events.

You can't type through a monitor, however.
