Sorry, but I don´t understand this

For new members, please note that you must have three approved posts before being able to create a new topic.

I don´t speak English usually (I´m Spanish) so I dont understand this. What I must to do for be able to create topics?

It means, that in order to create a new topic, you must have a moderator or admin approve your individual posts, until you have three approved posts.
We have done this in order to prevent spam on the forums.

This will be your first approved post.
