CC with Iron Tanks

I was trying some code out to try to read the liquid, amount, and capacity in an iron tank but I can get it to do anything and I would like it to show all the stuff on a 1 high by 2 long monitor and start blinking a redstone lamp with it gets close to out of liquids! Any help on code would be great or code for it would be great too! :D/> thanks for reading and helping!

1. I'm not 100% sure if that's actually possible.
2. If it is we're gonna need a look at your code in order to tell you what you're doing wrong.

Firstly, do you have OpenPeripheral installed? without OpenPeripheral you'll never get Computers to read Tanks.
