Using Pastebin?

How Do you use the pastebin function/command?
i just want to know how to do a direct upload to my pastebin acount.

You can't upload directly to your account with the default pastebin program. There are however a few more advanced ones made by other people floating around on the forums. A quick search in the programs section should get you what you're looking for.
