rednet.open on Pocket Computers

Hello! I have been messing around with pocket computers lately, and I have a question: Do you need to use rednet.open(), and if you do, what is the syntax? Thanks!

yes of course you do, if you plan on using rednet with your pocket computer then of course you need to open rednet; syntax.

Oh, sorry. What I meant by "syntax" is: What parameter do I use? Like do I use "left" or "right" or "down" or what?

performing a search for a modem you'll find that it is on the top. EDIT: also I believe when you craft it you put it on the top, correct?

Thanks! Btw, you are right about the crafting. (stupid NEI… wouldn't show the crafting recipe for the wireless one. had to actually craft it)

Yeah, it's on the "back" side of the pocket computer. Not sure where theoriginalbit got top from.
