Rednet Message sender (One Way intercom

I'm working on makeing a one way intercom and i´m stuck on how to send messages via rednet. I would like for the message that has been sent to appear on a monitor. So i need help with both.

Take a look at the Rednet API on the wiki. It will help you do exactly what you want.
