Hello, I want to make an automatic moving quarry, but I dont have the resources to make an tesseract so I thought: Is there a way to open a ender tank? I cant find it on any forum… So can someone please help me?

I have to rotate the middle thingy (blue or red) red is open blue is closed

There's no way for a turtle to do this, but you could however just have him carry 2 tanks and use the one with the desired setting as required. I fail to see where how an endertank is used in combination with a quarry though.
