Is it possible to make a wireless turtle follow you around if you have a wireless PDA running some program?

You could have some sort of auto updating GPS program on the PDA and have it send the data to a turtle that will go to the coordinates but have it subtract 2 or so on the zed axis so that it will not be on top of you you will have to account for obstacles though
