Computers dont load properly 1.58 tekkit 1.2.8e

Im trying to create welcome/info monitors on my tekkit 1.2.8e server and I've created a program called startup that runs fine after rebooting the computer .

But when i do a server restart the computers remain off until right clicked, even though they were on before the restart.

i dont know if this is a bug or i setup something wrong?

You've set it up correctly. This is indeed reported to be bugged under some versions of ComputerCraft. Beats me which you're running as the documentation for that Tekkit pack appears to be fairly well hidden, but you can see a list of CC builds and the versions of MineCraft they'll work with on the mod download page.
