Straight to business: I've got a computer program displaying text on a monitor, But it seems that whenever I reload the chunk the computer turns off. The monitor still displays text, but the computer is off. As well as loops that were running on the computer and displaying on the monitor are no longer having effect, so I'm positive they're off. How can I help this? And why does it happend? Shouldn't the computer start back up with it's startup when a chunk loads?

Yes, it should. Some versions of CC have a bug that prevents the automatic start on chunk reload from working.

The version that's in the modpack I'm playing is 1.63, do you know out of the top of your head whether that one is of the versions in which they don't start properly?

The computer should turn off when its chunk unloads, then turn back on when the chunk reloads (re-running its "startup" script from the beginning).

Is it the case that simply right-clicking your computer is all that's required to get your attached monitor to start updating again?

Yes, when I right click the computer (normally inaccesible) The program will start running again since it's the startup program.
