Hello. I was wondering if it was possible to scroll up or down in the monitor?

well you're going to need to expand a little more on what you mean by scroll. do you mean with the scroll wheel, or do you mean creating a scrollbar on the side, or do you just mean like term.scroll only with the monitor?

Pretty much what I mean is if I scroll with my mouse wheel (for example scrolling up) then the monitor will scroll up as well. This would be useful if you have
a lot of text on the monitor and you want to scroll up to see what the pc previously printed on the monitor.

then no. a normal monitor can accept no feedback, it is purely a display and an advanced monitor can only accept clicking, using the mouse wheel while looking at a monitor will only result in the selected item in your hotbar changing.
