Mod not working correctly?

I am trying to install this mod and when I do this happends:

A Blank screen with texture pack background after Mojang logo and then black screen.

I do have other mods installed, such as IC2, single player commands, TMI, etc.

Did you delete META_INF like every guide ever tells you to?
